Mid-Day Express Workouts
Classes are free and open to all fitness levels. Different
classes every day including yoga, toning, step, cardio
kickboxing, etc. Class equipment is on a first come, first
served basis. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic

Tuesdays & Thursdays 12:15 - 12:45 pm ages 18 and up,

Evening Group Exercise Classes
Class are free and open to all fitness levels. Must provide own
mat and fitness equipment as needed. Please call 393-8481 x 4127
for more information. Ages 16 and up. Mondays and Thursdays,

CPR and First Aid Training
Offered periodically throughout the year. For more information,

Getting Fit (Women Only)
Support group, which includes a 30-60 minute video workout,
nutrition information, and weight lifting techniques all with
the goal of “getting fit”. Tues., Wed, and Thurs.
