Monday Public Work Sessions begin at 6:00 p.m. Public Work Sessions prior to each of the Regular Meetings begin at 5:00 p.m. Regular Meetings and Community Meetings begin at 7:00 p.m.

The City Hall Building, located at 801 Crawford Street, which is the regular meeting place of the City Council of The City of Portsmouth, Virginia, is physically accessible to persons with physical disabilities.
